You are currently reading the terms of service (the "Terms"), which set forth the guidelines by which you may access and make use of the Platform as well as all of our affiliated websites, services, applications, and content (collectively, the "Services"). For these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to you as a user of the Services. The Terms serve as a contract between you and us and regulate our partnership. Our services are only offered for private, non-commercial use.

Using our Reverie services, you accept us showing ads that we believe may be relevant to you and your interests. Your personal information is used to help us choose which individualized advertising to provide to you.

You confirm that you are 13 years or older to enter a legally binding contract with Reverie, accept these Terms, and comply with them by accessing or using our Services. The terms of our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which can be found directly on the Platform or, where the Platform is made available for download, on your mobile device's relevant app store, and are incorporated herein by reference, are also applicable to your access to and use of our Services. You agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy by using the Services.

3. Sharing you information

We don't share your personal information with other people or marketers. Unless you agree, we won't disclose details that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, or other contact details , with third parties for their marketing purposes. However, we display those ads to potential customers based on information from advertisers about the demographic they want to reach. To better understand how people engage with their content, we give marketers statistics on the performance of their ads. 4. Our Services

Reverie's idea is initiated to promote sports/extracurricular activities of talented individuals and to enable them to get selected by the Talent hunters. The sports and other extracurricular activities on Reverie will be based on the User's interest in sports such as (Cricket, Badminton, and Football, etc.). Later, Reverie will be extending its scope to shift towards an extracurricular activities platform to enable every talent to meet its desired talent hunter. To appreciate the efforts of talented individuals, a centralized platform is needed to be created and promoted.

5. Conflict of Terms and Conditions

The Additional Terms - Legal authority that applies to your country from which you access or use the Services shall control in case of a conflict between the terms and conditions of such Additional Terms - Legal authority and the other provisions of these Terms. Let's say you access or utilize the Services in a region with different additional terms. In that case, you also agree with the additional terms listed below that are specific to users in each country. If you disagree with these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use our Services.

You represent and warrant that you are an approved representative of the business or entity and have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms. You agree to these Terms on the entity's representative if you are accessing or using the services on behalf of a business. Additionally, your company or entity is legally and morally responsible for your access to or use of the Services.

When we change the functionality of our Services, when we consolidate numerous apps or services run by us or our affiliates into a single combined service or app, or when there are regulatory changes, we occasionally revise these Terms.

You should review the Terms and conditions frequently to seek such changes. However, we will make commercially reasonable steps to generally notify all users of any significant changes to these Terms, such as through a notice on our Platform.

7. Account You Have with Us

You must register with us to access or utilize sure of our Services. You must enter accurate and current information while setting up this account. To keep your information current and complete, it is crucial that you maintain and promptly update your data and any other information you send to us. It would help to keep your account password private and not share it with anybody.

You acknowledge that any behavior under your account is your responsibility to us and others. If you no longer wish to utilize our Services and want your account deactivated. You won't be able to retrieve any of the content or information you've added after choosing to neither delete your account nor will you be able to reactivate it. We will help you further and direct you throughout the procedure.

As between you and Reverie, all information the Reverie Content, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and music (as well as the "look and feel") of the Services is either owned by Reverie Global or used under full license. Without our or, where applicable, our licensors' prior written authorization, such content may not be downloaded, copied, displayed, published, licensed, or exploited for any reason. It is understood that any User Content you upload to or transmit through the Services will belong to. It is completely forbidden to use the Reverie Content or other items on the Services for any purpose that is not specifically authorized by these Terms.

10. Content Moderation

Your post becomes unsafe if it is inappropriate, offensive, or unwanted. We believe in creating a safer user experience, providing brand safety assurance to advertisers, and complying with local and global regulations.

Our application uses a moderator to detect inappropriate or offensive content in images. For example, embodiments of a suggestive nature might be acceptable, but photos containing nudity might not.

11. Spam and dishonest conduct

Reverie is based on trust. Reverie does not accept content that aims to con, mislead, spam, or defraud other users.

When you use Reverie, you join a community of people from all over the world. Our sets of guidelines help keep Reverie fun and enjoyable for everyone.

12. Sensitive information

13. Misinformation

On Reverie, many forms of fraudulent or misleading content are prohibited due to the potential for grave injury. This includes false information that can hurt people in the real world, such as content that promotes harmful cures or treatments and specific technically misleading content.

14. Video Criteria

Your post will also be marked as Unsafe if you don't meet the required criteria of uploading a video, Size MP4 or Webm or Mov, and resolution 1280x720 (720x1280 for portrait) resolution or higher, and Up to 60 seconds.

Please adhere to these guidelines. If a Reverie creator engages in on- or off-platform activity that negatively impacts our users, community, staff, or ecosystem, we may take action depending on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the seriousness of the behavior and if it is a recurring trend. We may respond by reducing a creator's privileges or canceling their account.

All rights in the Services and the Reverie Content that are not expressly granted hereunder are reserved by Reverie. You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, worldwide license to access and use the Services, including downloading the Platform on an authorized device and accessing the Reverie Content through your use of the Services and solely in compliance with these Terms. You understand and agree that Reverie has the right to revoke this license at any time and for any reason.

You understand and agree that using the Services to read content posted by others is at your own risk. The content on our services offers only general information.

15. Payments and Earning

Reverie uses the Stripe payment gateway for accepting payments. We only support payments by card. All cards supported at Stripe are acceptable for payments. Reverie does not store users’ card information at their end but only uses Stripe to secure user data.

We use Transferwise (or Wise) API for payouts. Any earnings will be available in 15 days to the user’s reverie account. There is a minimum withdrawal limit of $100.

A generated view of your total revenue, divided by revenue generator (such as post boost, subscriptions, challenge winning amount, and transactions revenue), is provided in the Transaction report. All the totals in reports are in USD.
